Multiple pipe replacements were purchased to ensure one would work. He did the complete job in a very professional manner and it came out perfectly. Great Experience! He worked very efficiently. Richard P. and Hugo did excellent work. He did a thorough job, explained his findings and our options to parts. I joust don’t believe the cost of the service was reasonable and there is only a 30 day warranty. Gene Johnson Plumbing provided quick, excellent and honest assessment & repair of our water heater and toilet. Very personable.. He basically walked to the kitchen sink, opened the cabinet door, and saw there was space for a garbage disposal and there was already an electrical outlet underneath.
I have a nice warm dwelling now and I know who to call if I have a problem in the future.
He even showed me how to prevent future issues which was a big plus. Jason was wonderful!

As ALWAYS I am thoroughly impressed with the congenial professionalism Gene Johnson Plumbing. Jason P and Chris W were both amazing to work with. Josh is off-the-charts a terrific person to address the customer's needs. We had them re-pipe our 1926 house and when things came up, they communicated issues and proposed solutions all in the budget originally set.
I needed a plumbing company for my 90 year old aunts apartment building I was a little disappointed in the recommendation for replacing the furnace instead of the heat exchanger, but it seems that they will do whichever one I decide.
