Breakfast is great! The Holiday Inn Lido Beach is just steps away from the powder-white sands of Lido Beach and only minutes from over 140 shops, restaurants on St. Armands Circle, downtown Sarasota, area golf courses and attractions.
3330 UNDER CONSTRUCTION - No consideration for the guest who had to deal with 8:00am drilling and hammering, elevators out of service, and early closing for hotel amenities. Fresh towels were NOT provided by housekeeping, the took the old and did not replace them. What onsite sport activities can I take part in?
The rooms were gorgeous and having the fresh fruit water/ forecast was something we really enjoyed. Nice beach access..but, many other hotels nearby had beach access as well.
We had a car, so 10 minutes drive to The Ringling. Holiday Inn Lido Beach - Located 8 km from Ed Smith Stadium, Holiday Inn Lido Beach offers rooms with spectacular views of the city. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, although bathrooms could use updating. I drank two by myself - TWO - and didn't even get buzzed. Rooms can be had with the breakfast supplement, of which I'd encourage if you're a breakfast eater. The sandy beach is located 5 minutes' walk away. The tiki bar is a nice spot to relax with a refreshing drink.
