Disorganized at best; disrespectful at worst. All were tasty with a medium amount of spice, just to flavor it up, not burn you out. Both gentlemen loved the tuna special. We eventually snagged a hostess who took both our food and drink orders. That said, the dishes we did order were excellent and I would certainly go back on another visit to Sarasota and the Ringling. My chicken dish was good as was the super green salad.
