The New Westminster School District has eight elementary schools where we take pride in offering nurturing learning environments for our students. The attached graphic lays out some of the most important features, showing some of the ways school will look different in September.
At Richard McBride Elementary School, we are proud to offer diverse programs that support the social, emotional and academic enrichment of students. The new morning and afternoon class blocks will reduce the number of interactions they will have while in the school, while also maximizing the number of electives we were successfully able to maintain. We’re also proud to be building a state-of-the-art, $106.5 million replacement for one of BC’s largest high schools.
Two half days each week will be delivered by remote learning.
