Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM at Inn On the Avenue. the hotel was located in my favorite neighborhood in all of NYC--the fabulous Upper West Side in the 70's. I typically stay in Midtown or Chelsea but will definitely stay here again.
