Overall, i was a good idea to stay here. Definately one of the best hotels I've stayed in a long time! Staff were friendly from check in to check out. Spent 2 nights here for the bank holiday weekend. I can honestly say it's probably one of the best hotels we've stayed in and that goes for the bigger chains as well. The ensuite was nice but had frosted glass walls which I didn't mind. I can only apologise for the breakfast not being as you had expected as we do try our best to exceed all of our guest's expectations.
