Rooms are beautiful and the decor is very modern and fresh. Review tags are currently only available for English language reviews. Underfloor heating was great as the floor is tiled. These are all issues I wouldn't have been bothered had it not cost so much, but for the amount of money you pay you would at least expect to be warm and be able to play music easily. My expectations were much higher than the product received. We have stayed in many apartments before 1 being posh pads around the corner and I would not recommend signature living to anybody, its well over priced...maybe the hotel should put some money into doing up the rooms abit! One thing I would say is if your to stay in the vault is to ensure the door is locked at all times and no one leaves it on latch we had a couple of lads from another room run down in the middle of our party. Absolutely perfect for our event and due to the location being so central - it can get pretty loud at night of a weekend - but this was expected if i'm honest. Firstly I would like to start by saying how brilliant all the staff at signature living main offices have been throughout the planning of my sisters hen party. This is the version of our website addressed to speakers of English in Singapore. Knew we were going to be arriving early so phoned ahead to check if there was somewhere to keep our bags and staff had no problem and were very helpful! My daughter wasnt staying over anyway so came home but AWFUL way to treat guests & I believe this has happened before! The location was ideal as we was right next to all the clubs and the city centre and so was ideal for a bit of shopping and going out in the evening.
Despite this, the decor is brilliant and I loved the whole feel of the place when you walk in! No sockets close to any mirrors so it was difficult to get ready and the sockets that are there aren't fixed to the wall very well, and it was freezing! Would definitely come back, staff are friendly and helpful and the bar is a must. Vault is a family business set in the beautiful basement, together with a secluded pretty courtyard garden of the iconic grade 2 listed building 'The Wedding House' in Liverpool City Centre. Apartment was gorgeous, really contemporary and comfortable. Another tip for Signature Living is that your website isn't very clear in distinguishing between your different apartments and hotels! Told her @ 7.30pm her friends need ID-party started @8pm!!
