The meals were truly superb - beautifully cooked and full of tasty flavours. Wines were very good and prices all acceptable. Again, after a long wait she eventually returned to take our order.

The staff changed mid meal.......the new waitress had a charming smile, she engaged in conversation with us, was charming, friendly polite and honestly transformed our dining experience. The waiter said he could not order in this way - had to order separate starter and main dishes - beside of speaking in a rude manner, he just made us feel uncomfortable and confused since WE WERE ORDERING EXACTLY THE SAME!! Niesamowita komunikacja od naszej włoskiej kelnerki, która była uważna i upewniła się, że wszystko jest szybkie, kiedy przybyli i wyszliśmy na czas do teatru. W zamian dostaliśmy na koszt szefa swojskie tiramisu :) niby niewiele ale cieszy ze jeszcze ktoś dba o klienta i jego zadowolenie.

The host (who was our waiter after all ) cleaned the only table that was used previously and offered us to seat and then set up the table. We, over a 3-week period, visited two of them but the one in Charlotte Street was a standout for service and ambience.
i repeated again that we ordered still water and they just replaced us without even saying anything.
