I have used the Crowne Plaza at Manchester Airport several times now when I have an early flight departure next day.It is convenient as the shuttle bus will pick you up at the railway station quickly after using the courtesy phone.Some rooms seem more modern than others, I guess it is the luck of the draw.The food is on the pricey side, and average.

I have stayed in a number of hotels in Liverpool including The Crowne Plaza and I can think of only one hotel which has free parking which is The Titanic, not quite as central as Crowne Plaza but a vastly superior hotel.
