We were not able to check in until 15.00 because the rooms had to be cleaned and then sealed, there was a possibility that we could check at 13.00 but we would have to wait to hear from the front desk. We had a lovely stay here and the staff were excellent, a special mention to the young lady who booked us in on the desk, not sure of her name but she wore glasses and hasa wonderful personality, a great welcoming face for the hotel.
