I say initially because I found out what we were paying for. The room was nice, but for the price I was a little disappointed initially. Highly recommend.
Our plans are to improve their efficiency and overall appearance and while doing so delays may sometimes occur.
Club level - Suzanne Wilson is great. I thought that was nice that he was going to call, but he never did. We came back about an hour and a half later and the room was ready. Loews Vanderbilt is a fantastic property. Thank you for taking the time to share with us. The gentleman at the front desk took our number and offered to call us when it was ready, so we went to the Parthenon nearby. In the lounge they had free drinks and food and we found it to be quite tasty especially when you are in a hurry to hit the town. Unfortunately, during this process we sometimes experience difficulties with the way the elevators perform.
