I highly recommend this series to everyone interested in knowing more about the unseen world around us and how it affects our lives. The professor has an encyclopedic knowledge from which to deliver an interesting and sometimes alarming message regarding the ongoing interaction between humans and the microbiological environment as well as the battle among microorganisms for survival and dominance. But the bad news is that many microbes mutate astonishingly quickly, making them highly adaptable in the evolutionary arms race with each other and with us.
