If you're a fan of downton abby you will love this country house retreat. You can easily loose a morning wandering around Norwich Cathedral, which also has a super restaurant. The average price of a double room in Norwich is $140, but it varies considerably depending on location, facilities, and seasonality. The staff was very kind and helpful to make my stay as great as possible.

Castle Mall is underground, in a hill topped with a keep, part of the 12th-century castle founded by William the Conqueror. Lovely old city which can be explored on foot. Bed was very comfortable! £9.50-£12.50 for a taxi to and from the hotel into the city centre. Great location for a night out in Norwich city centre. All the main restaurant chains are there but I would recommend trying some of the smaller establishments where you'll find something a bit different on the menu - a Cuban restaurant being just one example.
