We enjoyed drinks and afternoon tea and even were able to eat breakfast in Peacock Alley. Own or manage this property? I am sorry though for the pitfalls in our service you experienced however when ordering off the menu at breakfast and I will be sure to investigate and rectify this to ensure future disappointments of the same nature do not recur.
