I really like that they added that detail in there. In fact, the writers, in my opinion, had to ignore a pretty large plot-hole in the episode in order to make sure that Lucius would die. Also considering that your Batsuit is determinant on who you go to first in episode 4 you can never see Harvey in Arkham with your Mark 2 Batsuit.
