In a great location and sufficient facilities. Room was nice and clean, good location and facilities. A bit far from centre of twon in the cold winds but right at the harbour and manya attractions there. Easy walking distance to Liverpool One shopping centre, Albert Dock, Liverpool Museum and Beatles Story Museum. Resonable price for parking. Basically from start to finish ALL the staff were absolutely fantastic !!
The breakfast was nice - plenty of choice. Thanks. the complimentary bottled water and toilet facilities was cleAn and new looking. Fabulous staff , couldn't of done enough for us , will definitely stay here again. The easy access into the city & Albert Dock area without having to resort to public transport. The breakfast and the menu was good and very tasty recommend, Very friendly staff, really made a fuss of our one year old when we arrived. Parking is secure, on site. A stylish hotel in a Grade II listed building with an art deco restaurant and free WiFi.

Also the food in the restaurant was to die for! its very good 4 star hotel and I am member of priorty club and always try to stay in this catagory of hotels. Kady & Teresa deserve a mention. Great breakfast. I loved all the Georgian and Victorian buildings. Very comfortable rooms/very clean with a feeling of luxury. Id definitely come back. Everything looked brand new.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the location, staff were very helpful.
